Questionnaire

The questionnaire below was distributed on 25 June 2025 to a number of renowned international arbitrators with common law, civil law and dual background. It was developed, i.a., on the basis of workshops  gathering international transactional lawyers and organized in Oslo, Rome, New York, France, Vienna, Sao Paolo, London and Singapore. The answers will be analysed by the project team.
